Return and Exchanges

Shipping 

USPS - Flat Rate $4.00 on all domestic orders. 

Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders from Monday to Friday. 

Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided. Mont Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.

Mont Shop is not responsible if client entered an incorrect address or if package gets lost or stole. If the package is returned, shipping cost will be charged again to client.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PACKAGE IS LOST. IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED YOU MUST PAY $ 4.00 FOR THE NEW SHIPPING. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

 

Returns 

  • NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Earrings are exempt from being returned.

We will not place a refund if: 
  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

  • NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
